GKDEtrees
GKDEtrees is a software to estimate outlier gene tree(s) from a given sample of gene trees via kernel density estimation over the space of trees. Kernel density estimation is a nonparametric technique to estimate a distribution that generated a sample so that our approach is nonparametric, which makes it general and avoids complex issues such as model design and model selection in coalescent theory.
